Who is Cal?!
Cal VanSingel is the founder of Cal’s Corners Ministries. Years ago, he recognized a pressing need within his local community for men to have a dedicated time and welcoming space where they could come together to hear stories of faith that would be both encouraging and inspiring.
His vision for fostering this supportive community propelled him to take the initiative to start Grant Men’s Ministries, which began in a local restaurant. Initially, the group was small for few months, yet Cal felt undeniably led to persist with the gatherings.
Over time, the group has grown into a vibrant monthly gathering that now includes Grant Men’s Ministries, White Lake Men’s Ministries, and in 2024, Cal proudly launched the Cal’s Corner Podcast. These gatherings have also sparked inspiration in others, leading to the birth of new ministries throughout Michigan.
To encourage men through personal stories of faith and overcoming obstacles through providing a safe space to have intentional community.
